On October 30, 2007, There was held the ceremony of presentation of the books, “Ilham Aliyev: Ya veryu v moy Azerbaydjan” (Russian version) and “Ilham Aliyev: I believe in my Azerbaijan” by Mikhail Ozerov, well-known Russian author, international analyst, in the conference hall of the “Hyatt Regency” hotel in Baku. The Author, referring to speeches and interviews of President Ilham Aliyev, speaks about his life, family, country, events participated and witnessed by him, controversial processes of international policy and realities of Azerbaijan in a brilliant and figurative way on his own behalf. Opinions of well-known public figures, thoughts of witnesses of different events and scraps of press were used in the book as well. Heydar Aliyev Heritage International On-line Library assisted the compilation of the book, supplying the author with materials and participating in their selection.

The presentation ceremony, attended by government officials, members of the parliament, foreign guests, intellectuals and public figures, was opened by Fuad Babayev, executive director of Heydar Aliyev Heritage International On-line Library with an introductory speech. Mikhail Ozerov, author of the book, spoke of his work on the book.  Russian guests - V.Bogdanov, chairman of the Union of the Journalists of Russia, V.Shtol, editor–in chief of “Obozrevatel” review, A.Karaulov, well-known TV reporter, as well as M.Alesgerov, F.Heydarov, Z.Samad-zade, R.Huseyinov, members of the parliament, M.Mardanov, minister of education, K.Khalafov, deputy foreign minister, R.Asker,  translator of the bookinto Azerbaijani, E.Kazimova, teacher of School 6 where the President  studied, S.Aliyev, activist of the New Azerbaijan Party, T.Hajiyev, associate  member of the Natioanl Academy of Sciences and A.Hajiyev, member of the Editorial Board of Heydar Aliyev Heritage International On-line Library, talked about the importance of the book and of the road of development  of modern Azerbaijan.
